Premise: The longer you deal with an issue, the more likely it is that you and everyone else around you will believe that it will never change. There are things within each of
us that we have settled with because we’ve been dealing with it for so long and
it’s too much for us to conquer on our own. But if Jesus was able to deliver then, no situation that you’ve been dealing with is too hard for Jesus the deliverer to
deal with now.
Fundamental Truths:
1. In order for true deliverance to happen, you have to want it

1. The presence of Jesus exposes, highlights, and reveals what should
and/or should not be common. If what is currently in your life is at
war with Him you should be at war with it! Holiness is a weapon,
righteousness is a byproduct

2. Even when you’ve identified as what you’re struggling with, Jesus still
sees you and has the authority and power to deal with what’s been fighting
you. (Your struggle doesn’t define you, the word of the Lord does.
Therefore Christ bringing deliverance to our lives through His word
provides an indication that He is coming against what has come against us
in order to get us to the place of living and experiencing a Holy life at its full
potential.)

3. True deliverance results in you being the version of you God always
intended. But beware, you being who you were created to be may
intimidate those who were accustomed to your oppressed state.

4. Our responsibility after deliverance is to share with as many people as
possible what God is capable of doing using our own lives. Don’t join the
crowd’s response. They weren’t the ones who experienced His
transformative power but it is up to you to tell everyone about it!
