#054 - It amazes me how some people are able to push on and on even after setbacks like shin splits, quad pains, torrential downpours, and wind. Today's conversation with ultrarunner, Andrew Hedgman, gives us a taste of what it is like to face setbacks and keep on going.
Andrew comes from New Zealand, but his running has taken him all over the world including Africa and Turkey. He has such a passion for running that he can even enjoy the moment and the beauty while hunched over and throwing up. It just goes to show how much we can endure and still find the joy in the journey.
I love how well rounded Andrew is as he pursues a degree in communication and still finds the time to enjoy his passion of video games. Come along for the ride with Andrew Hedgman.
