Centuries ago, Allah SWT (God) sent down Quran to mankind as a book of Guidance. Quran and its superior wisdom are definite evidence that it is the word of Allah. Allah mentions honey in the Qur’an and says that it is a healing for mankind. And He mentions the principle of preserving good health and guarding against sickness.
