Digital product concepting 12-milestone Process is a result of years of work behind me. Process is influenced by a fact if product is new or existing. At this time, we’ll focus on the process for new products. This process, in its simplest form, contains 12 milestones, and each milestone has a number of required actions.

This process has a core purpose to take an idea by hand in any stage, shape or form, and make it a product that gives a business a feasible chance of success.

Important to note is that this process cooperates perfectly fine with Agile and Lean development methodologies.

As everything evolves over time, this process evolves as well, so any future changes will be noted and elaborated in future episodes.
