Municipalities across the province have spoken out about the service they get from the RCMP. CBC looked into complaints filed against the New Brunswick RCMP over an eight year span, and found 50 per cent of them were about neglect of duty. Jeanne Armstrong spoke to CBC's Karissa Donkin.
