Jessica Smith is one hell of a woman! Having represented Australia for over seven years as a paralympian in swimming, Jess now spends a lot of her time as a motivational speaker and MC to an array of important topics and causes. Dedicating her life to raising awareness around Mental Health and Mental Illness with specific emphasis on body image and eating disorders, having suffered through this a lot as a young adolescent and adult.
