176. Unconsciously Judging Client Behaviors

In your personal life things come up that can wreck your schedule.
You, yourself have run around frantic and late for appointments at some point.
However, as a business owner, it’s so easy to slip into the feelings of frustration or take it personally when a client shows up late to an appointment (or worse the don't show up not at all).
Taking these incidents personally can lead to you feeling resentful and taken advantage of. This is never a feeling you want to have with your clients.
