The trio discuss Martin’s interview with former ice hockey player Luke Gazdic for the Safe Bet Show where he discussed his career in the NHL, how to protect athletes from gambling harm and the evolution of the Canadian gaming industry. Martin also reflects on the opportunity that hosting the Safe Bet Show has given him to interview a number of sports stars.

In the second half of the episode, Martin provides his perspective on the Canadian market and there is a discussion about the problems with Ontario’s blanket ban on gambling ambassadors that are appealing to children and how these advertising standards compare to other jurisdictions.
