Presidential Pollster Mark Penn shared his thoughts on the newest Harvard-Harris Poll:
"This was a complete shock. In my 40 years of polling, I've never seen anything like this. An overwhelming majority of Americans - 76% - believe that unemployment benefits need to end ... that people are remaining at home and unemployed to collect these continuing stimulus payments."
