When our clients feel identified with our brand, when they feel like they relate to us, they buy what we have to offer them. A trusting relationship is formed. In modern marketing, we need an attractive character that represents our brand in order to achieve success. That means we need to BECOME that attractive character that will draw people to us instead of away from us. The secret is showing them that our brand is absolutely essential to them.
