Arlo is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a gym owner, and author of Warrior Core: Core Training Secrets for the Modern Combat Athlete and Battle Tested: Training Like Your Life Depends on It, which was released on Veteran's Day 2016 (November 11). Arlo recently hosted a fundraising event for Operation Underground Railroad. O.U.R. has made a significant impact in the fight to end sex trafficking and sexual exploitationby rescuing and supporting thousands of survivors in 28 countries and 26 U.S. states.
