Supreme Court rules against Texas on the Constantine wire. Texas wants the wire to remain. Biden wants to take it down to allow the continued illegal influx. The states can protect the border if the Feds don’t. Why did the Supreme Court think that taking down Constantine wire was in the best interests of the United States?
