Heidrun has been an entrepreneur since 2002 and has accompanied numerous companies to the stock exchange during the first German startup wave at the end of the 90s. As a board member, she was instrumental in establishing one of today's leading German investor relations agencies and subsequently founded her own IR consulting firm Impacct. As an executive advisor, mentor and business angel, she supports companies, startups and organizations in capital market issues as well as in transformation processes and is a Certified Designing Your Life Coach (Stanford). Heidrun is co-host of the German Podcast „EQUALIZER – DER Gründerinnen-Podcast“ and co-author of „Gründerinnen-Handbuch“ (female founders‘ handbook) published by Springer Gabler in June 2022. She is /was invested in several startups such as Avocadostore, clare & me and not less but better.
