ABOUT KELLY

Kelly Vaillancourt is a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Ontario. She is a leadership coach and a member of the International Coaches Federation. A few years ago Kelly started working with a leadership coach and one day the coach said I think you want my job. Two weeks later Kelly started her coaching journey and has been on it ever since.

Kelly has held various leadership roles within the healthcare sector including Emergency Departments, Critical care, medicine, outpatients and palliative care. She currently works part time as a Site Administrative Manager and opened her own coaching business called Momentum Leadership Coaching.

Kelly loves supporting others in their journey to become the great leaders they were meant to be.

For fun, Kelly likes to spend time with her family and friends. She can be found roller skating on Thursday nights with her youngest daughter Erika. Friday nights are pizza and movie nights with her family.
