Imagine you're 16 and on your way home from an overnight party with friends. You finally arrive home after the long evening and pull the front door of your house open and see your dad sitting in a chair, well part of him... Actually his head has been decapitated and placed in a bowl of punch which is sitting in the chair. This is what Ryan Brooks stumbled upon during the autumn season in Bellaire Ohio back in 1985. The gruesome act was the tipping point in a series of disturbing events that would lead to a small town canceling Halloween due to fears of a conspiracy that a cult of devil worshipping satanic maniacs were attempting to hunt them down.
