The judge in former President Donald Trump’s New York criminal case has agreed to delay sentencing until at least September 18. The move was made in the wake of the Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity.

Hurricane Beryl has killed at least six people, downed power lines, and caused flooding, as it made its way through the Caribbean islands. It has been downgraded to a still-powerful level 4 storm, but is not expected to pose a major threat to the United States.

The Supreme Court has agreed to review the FDA’s regulations for e-cigarettes and a Texas law requiring age verification for adult websites, but the court has declined to take up a lawsuit challenging Illinois’ ban on certain types of semiautomatic weapons, attachments, and magazines.
