As the Chief Heart Officer at Vayner Media, Claude Silver is Gary V’s right hand woman. At the company she oversees 750 people and anything and everything that has to do with people. Her role is to infuse the agency with empathy.

On the show we talk about scaling companies, leadership, building company culture, spreading love, creating influence, and how to create more opportunities for women and diversity groups in advertising. We get a bit meta during the podcast and talk about energy and how to help people move from passion to purpose.

Prior to joining Vayner, Claude held senior leadership posts at both J. Walter Thompson and Publicis in each firm’s London office. In both positions, she steered development of brand strategies, agency partnerships, product teams, media, sales, and internal management.
