When I work on these videos, I try to get them done in one take - no cuts, no edits, etc. Today, I actually had to take two takes because I was thinking too much trying to get the video right, similarly to how on the basketball court, we can get stuck in thought, and therefore make more mistakes. The relationship with thought and messing up isn't a coincidence, and I'll be talking about it here today.
