Hello everyone thank you all for joining me again I got the results back from the flexibility X-ray and I will be doing the third option after getting a second and third opinion the first option was not an option that was surgery that's what I wanted the second option something I did not want is injections in the neck that's not going to happen and that there is going to physical therapy getting a tangent unit to use on my neck for the nerve pain and I like to thank you all for listening and sharing my podcast and happy June namaste
