Super timely podcast this week as we dive back into all things running!!!

Is it actually possible to dive back into something if you haven't gotten out of it?? (podcast topic for another day).

On this episode of the Podcast we are joined by another awesome Coach from the Jacksonville community.

Chris McCaffrey, aka Coach Macca is the head honcho at ITZ Running. A local company specializing in running and race coaching.

Chris is a top level local runner and among his accomplishments is a 1st place finish in the 26.2 Donna Marathon that is run annually here at the beach.

We jump right into the benefits of running, the mindset you should take to running, as well as some tips and tricks on our way to giving you the Top 3 Things that every runner, new or experienced should have in the repertoire.

It was an awesome conversation and we are looking forward to doing more of the same.
