Hey Gang,
Slightly different episode coming at you this week. This past weekend a few people from the gym participated in a local CrossFit competition called Rep Your Box.
So sticking with our theme from the last few episodes of competitions, we thought it would be fun to do a recap episode of the comp and sort of let you into what we were thinking as it was happening sort of thing.
We will weigh in on the highs and lows, how we were feeling during events and how we thought after events!!
Sort of a play by play of the weekend!!
