Sol is the former Chief Analytics Officer at Estée Lauder but she got started in the business of data insights long before it was cool, taking companies from merely collecting and cleaning data to leveraging it in powerful ways.

She also shares how she fell into data in the first place, and what playing rugby on the women’s national team taught her about guiding businesses through the digital age.
