Some of the things that happened in Week 3 were: - Penn Hills beat Woodland Hills by one point when no fans were allowed inside Yuhas-McGinley - South Fayette outscored Chartiers Valley 14-0 in the second half to win 28-14. -North Allegheny, Central Catholic and Mt.
