VCs would love to invest in African and domains outside of the US...but...
They just dont have the trust mechanisms to ensure their money is safe and being used according to the business plan.
They currently HAVE TO rely on the US judicial system to make any project "misuse of funds" fraud right.
This goes back to the fundamental chokepoint on why incredible businesses abroad dont receive the funding they need.
Capital markets exist in New York, SFO, London etc...
They dont know how to SECURELY invest in other markets with different jurisdictions.
Trust is UNAVAILABLE until now.
