Carl Berglind is a Shareholder with Greenberg Traurig’s Health Care & FDA group, based in Denver, Colorado. He focuses his practice on M&A and other strategic transactions in the health care industry, across a broad range of subsectors, representing both sellers and investors.

Carl started his career as a associate with large international law firms in New York and Denver before transitioning first to in-house positions in health care, and later to non-legal executive and corporate development roles for several years, before returning to law firm practice.
