His leadership led to the growth of an independent dealership from 50 units to over 300 per month, earning accolades like “Best Places to Work in Indiana” and Inc. 5000 recognition. Now an Executive General Manager overseeing multiple franchises, Kim shares insights on managing diverse operations, subprime deals, and the importance of building a strong organizational culture.
