In Bordeaux, the Sauvignon to Semillon is typically 90-10, but with the Starpointe the blend is 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon.
The grapes were grown in the Yakima Valley AVA in the Columbia Valley. The Yakima Valley is the oldest AVA in Washington and accounts for 33% of the grapes.
