In this episode we chat with Anna Farthing. She is the owner of Doughheads, and if you’re local to Newcastle, I probably just made you hungry. Doughheads are a gourmet doughnut brand and I remember them all the way back to when they first appeared at the local markets. What has impressed me has been Anna’s ability to build Doughheads into an established business that has woven its way into the fabric of the area.
