Choosing to own the fact that you missed the deadline with also knowing you chose the other thing that you went for instead of getting ready for the deadline! How about just choosing to get up in the morning? Maybe making your bed? It’s a good way to start the day that you might not be so excited about or maybe you are excited to get out of bed!
