Edunation is the leading operator of K-12 institutions across India, providing a managed school platform which enables over 18,000 students across India to get access to quality education.

Edunation was formerly owned by Pearson India Education Services Private Limited. Edunation was acquired recently by Ryan Group, one of India's leaders in private K12 education with over 137 schools in 40 cities teaching 270,000 students and Foundation Holdings, a global investment firm.

Jairam has completed a decade in the Education Industry. During this period, he has successfully acquired, built and managed a large network of K12 schools including 35,000+ children and 2000+ teachers. He was an integral part of the team which oversaw the sale of the Pearson Schools business to a consortium of Foundation Holdings and Ryan Group. He has spent the first 12 yrs in the BFSI space with GE, Citi and SCB. In all these organizations, he was a part of the senior leadership team heading one of their business verticals with P&L responsibility. and was responsible for the P&L. He have successfully managed close to 3000 employees and 4000+ channel partners across 200+ locations. .
