Over the past several months, all we have heard about it the market is changing- the market is shifting - we are going back to pre-pandemic market paradigms and then we hear the media panic and scare tactics - the collapse of the housing market is eminent and the housing bubble is going to burst - the crash is coming - and then don't forget about the up and downs of the mortgage interest rate ridiculousness. So, today, I am going to throw my own 2 cents about the market out there, but I am going to explain the 3 different types of markets, Buyers, sellers and balanced markets since no one seems to and talk about the current Central Texas market.
