Carl Busch has been bartending for almost two decades and has been a powerful force behind the cocktail movement in Iowa. Having won “Iowa’s Best Mixologist Contest” twice, Carl has taken his craft to the next level and has pursued his dreams with talent, passion, and dedication to the field of hospitality and bartending. Carl also hosts a YouTube channel, “Alchemix Bar” with his wife that’s full of cocktails and on-the-job education. They have also started a podcast called “Do You Want to Start a Tab?” where they share stories and restaurant reviews from bars all over the world and invite guests onto the show to tell stories of their own!
