Mike has a diverse background, which includes experience as a former member of the U.S. Special Operations, behavioural therapist, entrepreneur and as an innovation consultant; where he’s led engagements across multiple industries including manufacturing, logistics, financial services and telecommunications. Originally from the US, Mike completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He holds multiple certifications including those in Lean Six Sigma and The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving or TRIZ. As the leader of an innovation and business improvement consultancy, he’s worked with many top companies around the globe including: Nike, Panasonic, Energizer, Telstra, Mitsubishi, Vodafone Hutchison Australia, Weber, Sanyo, Ansell, AMP Capital and dozens more.
