In this week's episode, we cover the restrictions placed on Russian and Belarusian athletes across some of the major sports - football, tennis, F1, winter olympic sports and athletics, as well as the sporting impact it will have on the countries directly involved in the conflict.

On another note, we also dive into the UEFA Champions league quarterfinals, with the fixtures we are most looking forward to, our favorites to win it all, and potential upsets on the cards!!
