• Revenue from continuing operations of $405,707 compared to $85,960 in Q3 2020, representing 372% year-over-year growth.
• Revenue from continuing operations of $3,226,335 for nine months YTD 2021 compared to $222,690 for nine months YTD 2020, representing 1,349% year over year growth.

Ahead of resuming Canadian sales, the Company is preparing reactivation steps such as updating the product labelling, instructions and e-commerce site based on the revised framework from Health Canada. Kai Care products remain fully available in the U.S. market.

In addition, Kai Labs was selected as the COVID-19 testing partner for the Gala Games Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Conference was held December 11th-13th, 2021, with the Kai Labs team onsite for more than ten days to provide screening and testing services.
