Ukraine has claimed responsibility for assassinating a top Russian General after planting a bomb on his electric scooter. Igor Kirillov was in charge of Moscow's nuclear and chemical weapons programs. Kyiv says he was responsible for the deaths of Ukrainian troops on the battlefield and warned of more targeted killings to come.
