Suhayla Sabir aka Sweet L.D. is an inspiring example of a woman who has taken charge of her life and made the best of it. From being part of one of the hottest female rap groups of the late ’80sgrandbabies, Oaktown’s 3.5.7, developed and produced by Grammy Award Winning Rapper/Entertainer M.C.Hammer, to becoming a group fitness professional, health and wellness advocate, and the creator of her own fitness platform iAmW.H.Y. Fitness.
She is also a published poet of her first book of poetry titled “Conditional Truths”, and has recently added actor to her list of accomplishments. Suhayla is a wife of 22 years, a proud mother of 5 of a blended family, and a grandmother of 2 and 2 bonus grand babies.
She now spends her time helping others become healthier and fitter through her fitness lifestyle.
