We catch up with Hall of Famer, dual gold medal winning Paralympian, keynote speaker, leadership, and performance coach Troy Sachs! Troy has dedicated his life to pushing boundaries and inspiring others. His journey began with a challenge that became his greatest strength: adapting to life with a prosthetic leg and finding his passion in wheelchair basketball. This sport not only shaped his competitive spirit but also taught him invaluable lessons about leadership and perseverance.
Representing Australia in five Paralympic Games, Troy has had the honour of bringing home 2 gold and 1 silver medals, setting a Paralympic record, and leading his team as captain.
These achievements on the court have been paralleled by his commitment to coaching, where he guided teams to victory and shared his knowledge to empower the next generation of athletes and business leaders.
