Alright folks, let's dive into the weather forecast for Atlanta, Georgia!
Today in Atlanta, we're looking at a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 4 pm and 5 pm. It will be mostly sunny with a high near 90 degrees. The wind will be coming from the west at around 5 miles per hour.
Tonight, there's a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms between 7 pm and 11 pm. Expect mostly clear skies with a low around 72 degrees. The wind will shift from the northwest to calm in the evening. The chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
Moving on to Sunday, there's a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. It will be mostly sunny with a high near 91 degrees. Heat index values could reach as high as 98. The wind will be calm, becoming east around 5 mph in the afternoon.
And as we look ahead to the beginning of the week, we can expect similar patterns with chances of showers and thunderstorms on Monday and Tuesday, followed by sunny days on Wednesday and Thursday. Temperatures will be in the low to mid-90s during the daytime and around the low 70s at night.
