14. James Ashcroft-Overcoming Self Doubt and the Fear of Failure

James Ashcroft has been a physical therapist for 6 and a half years. He graduated from Springfield College in 2012 and soon after landed a great job in outpatient PT. There he worked for just over 5 years attempting to take in as much continuing education and knowledge as possible.

Brewing frustrations frustrations with both program growth, clinic management, patient management, and consequent burnout helped push James to pursue his dream of combining better patient care and golf performance with Ashcroft Physio. James has now run Ashcroft Physio, a cash based practice, for just over one year treating active, adults, athletes, and golf golf golf.
