What we really need to flourish is mindfulness, compassion and nurturing. So, let's bring a nurturing attitude of loving kindness into our practice. This practice is a self-massage for upper back, chest and shoulders.
Expect puppy pose variation. dolphin pose, twists, sidebends, a side plank variation and a supported fish pose.
If any feelings of loving kindess arise as you practice hold on to them as though you were holding onto something precious.
Props: 1 or 2 block(s) or a rolled up blanket.
