For more than two decades, Janeen held the role of General Manager of Sales at a multi-million-dollar national supply business, where she coached high-performing, commission-based sales teams to break records and achieve exceptional incomes. In 2007, she founded her training business, Speech Perfect, with the mission of helping sole traders and small business owners achieve the success they desire.

As the author of Good Girls Do Sell: The Modern Businesswoman’s Guide to Authentic Selling and Being Unstoppable: Remember When Life Gets Challenging, “You’ve Got This”, Janeen also shares her insights through weekly blogs. She serves on numerous not-for-profit boards, leads mentoring groups, and offers private coaching, seminars, and keynote presentations at conferences. In addition, she hosts the We Are Women Podcast and runs a Mastermind Group, continually inspiring and guiding others.
Janeen’s diverse career spans multiple industries, from her early days as an aerobics instructor to her role as GM of a national business.
