Night time eating/ using food as a 'break' from daily life and strong emotions is something I see quite often with my clients when we first start to work together.
Then they get frustrated with themselves that they aren't losing weight no.matter.what.
Often times these 'bad' habits around food are simply the symptom to something else happening under the surface.
This isn't something that will power alone will fix.
Rather, you need to figure out what is driving the night time eating, and solve for that.
This week, I walk you through exactly how to do that.
