Hey Friend! We are officially one week into the New Year!
I know this time of year usually starts with a ton of hype around goals you've set for yourself. But, if you're like *most* people who set goals at the beginning of the year, come mid March, you've all but given up.
Not this year, sister.
This week on the show I am sharing with you some of the biggest takeaways I've learned from experience of working with other women to achieve their goals as well as from my own, and I've taken what I've learned from other experts and have of course put my own flavor on them.
If you feel like you're constantly setting the same goals, the same way, only to find you never reach your goals, then this episode is for you!
They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results.
If the way you've been approach your goals, health, and fitness or otherwise hasn't worked for you, then it might be time to upgrade your goal setting strategy.
