this time of year is filled with messages about getting your body 'summer/ bikini' ready. often times it can feel like you can't enjoy your summer (or your life) until your body looks a certain way or is a certain weight.
I'm here to tell you otherwise. You can (and really should) be enjoying your life right now, in the body you've got. This week we dive into ways you can start to enjoy your life more now, while also shifting your focus from being 100% all about what your body looks like/ your weight.
Plus we dive into the benefits of shifting your motivation from being purely weight focused to a more internal motivation that doesn't wane when you don't see the scale moving as quickly as you want it to.
Cheers to making this summer the best one yet without obsessing over the scale, food, or what your body looks like in a bikini.
