The Biden Administration recently set a national target of 30 GW of installed offshore wind capacity by 2030, a major push to demonstrate its renewed climate and renewable energy ambitions. According to the Government, this would create 77,000 new jobs, power 10 million homes, create $12 billion in capital investment, and cut 78 metric tonnes of CO2 emissions in the US.
