Here is the flow of this Meditation…

• Light a special candle… burn some favorite incense
• Awaken your energy and create an energy bubble of love to share with our Earth… watch for your color of love!
• We will connect and tap into the Earth Energy of Mother Earth, Gaia through our roots which will be cleansed
• We will connect and tap into the Universal Energy of Grandmother Moon, Father Sun and the cosmos through our tendrils which will be cleansed
• All our Energy Centers will be cleared and cleansed, combining in our Heart Center, our cauldron of personal energy
• We will open a Sacred Bubble around us, inviting in the Elements and these four Elder Futhark Runes. This bubble is a special place to journey, meditate and work with your guides
• Enjoy your first journey within this bubble!
