In 2014 I experienced an aortic aneurysm, and I was fired from my job just a few months following surgery. I was homeless, hopeless and struggled to find employment. In a dark moment, I realized that living with stress, doubt, fear, and not taking intentional action was literally killing me and suffocating my true potential. With courage, I made habit changes in my health and mindset to replace the despair and fear. That shift opened the door to possibility....
