I've been on a long road of silent suffering that has ultimately been causing me internal destruction. But no more will I hide the pain, shame, or guilt. I'm determined to get to a better place within so I can heal my mind, body and soul in order to present a better version of myself to those who I care about. In doing so, I hope to one day see myself and my children whole again and flourishing in life. The way it was meant to be before evil entered our lives and disrupted our peace, our safety and our endeavors. Go with me on this journey as I reveal one of the most painful times of my entire life.
