It's a chilly night close to Christmas in Exton, PA, and Hoffman Institute Dept. 7 Agent Cassidy O'Rourke is on assignment, trying to garner more information about several mysterious missing persons cases. Meanwhile, Alejandro "Alex" Gallego is just trying to get done with his shift at the hobby gaming and model store so he can make it home on his bike before the snowstorm that's been predicted starts getting heavy. Things do not go to plan for either of them.
